are proud to announce our upcoming wine dinner featuring:

Bill Nesto, Master of Wine & Frances Di Savino with guest Chef Piero Premoli

on Sunday October 7th at 6:00 pm in the Heritage Room inside the Harbour Town Clubhouse.

In what can only be described as a “perfect pairing” for a wine dinner, we combine the experiences of Bill Nesto, Master of Wine, and Frances Di Savino, authors of the book, The World of Sicilian Wine, with the talents of Chef Piero Premoli. Chef Piero Premoli is a native of Milan, Italy. After a career spanning multiple continents, Piero assumed the helm at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s Pricci in May 2005. Known for his tireless work ethic and contagious passion for food, Piero’s emphasis on technique, cleanliness and research result in delicate and flavorful Italian cuisine. 

Seats for this dinner, which will be an experience you will tell your friends about for years to come, are very limited. 

You will be treated to five courses, and the last four courses is paired with two wines. This will allow everyone to create a better understanding of the wonderful wine and food pairings that have made the Sicilian island so mesmerizing for food and wine aficionados.

During each course, Bill and Fran will also share not only information about these wines but also stories on how they found them, the wineries and families that are behind them.

Also included, each couple will receive one copy of the book The World of Sicilian Wine to be signed by the authors at dinner. If you would like additional copies, please let us know before the dinner and we will have them for you to get them signed as they make a wonderful gift for the wine lovers in your life ($25 each).

As a reminder, there are less than 50 people in the United States who have achieved the Master of Wine designation, so, this really is a unique learning opportunity.
